Fried Garlic Flakes is made from fresh sliced garlic. Fried in good hygienic condition with proper color and taste.
Fried Garlic offered by us are fried in edible cooking oil of top quality to render the perfect taste. It is prepared under hygienic and clean conditions using best equipment. In order to obtain delicious fried garlic, the cloves of the garlic is firstly separated and then these are fried until golden brown color. Later, access oil, if present is removed from the final product. This process is done under low to medium heat so that burning of garlic can be prevented.
